About Amy

Amy Reinert has been teaching music for over 12 years and holds teaching licenses both by the State of Indiana and Kindermusik.  She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Music with a Bachelors Degree in Instrumental and Vocal Music Education.  Her teaching experience includes private instrumental music instruction, Band and Orchestra Director and Elementary Music Specialist. 

Amy currently teaches a full schedule of Kindermusik classes in the Michiana area.  She teaches Beginning and Advanced Band classes as well as the History of Rock-n-Roll and World Drumming classes at Trinity Lutheran School in Elkhart.  Amy also teaches private piano and percussion lessons at her home.

When she is not teaching, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff who is also a music teacher, and their two daughters Angela and Julianne.  Amy is a percussionist and plays drumset for her church.
